Education Programs Overview

The Pennsylvania Biotechnology Center (PABC) has long provided a stimulating academic experience blending scholarship, technical training and academic programs leading to advanced degrees in a mission-oriented research and entrepreneurial environment to the Center’s research and laboratory tenants.

Education programs offered at the PABC through the Blumberg Institute include: 

 Summer College Internships are available at the Baruch S. Blumberg Institute.

High School Science Enrichment program is offered at the Baruch S. Blumberg Institute in partnership with the Hepatitis B Foundation.

The Blumberg Institute is offering four new courses for both high school and middle school students, starting the week of Jan. 4, 2025. These innovative six-week courses are designed to inspire and prepare the next generation of scientific leaders.
